High Speed Resistance 20CrMnTi RC Aircraft Model Gears In China

RC aircraft model gears are micro precision transmission components designed for RC models, drones, FPV racers, helicopters, fixed-wing and turbojet models, including spur, helical, planetary and bevel gears. Made of high-strength light alloy, stainless steel or engineering plastics (POM/Nylon), they feature small module, high precision, high speed resistance, low noise and lightweight. They are critical parts for motor reduction, torque amplification, power reversing and distribution, enabling efficient flight and precise control of RC models.

  • Tooth modification, deburring → Nitriding/carburizing quenching.
  • Precision grinding/honing (ISO 4–6) → Ultrasonic cleaning, NDT.
  • Dimensional, speed, meshing test → Anodizing/blackening, laser marking, packaging.
